Gluten Freedom had a guest post by Carol Fenster author of several Gluten Free cookbooks. Great article. I must say I’ve been very bad in my baking since going gluten free and I don’t measure like this. I think tonight I will have to make two loaves of bread exactly the same except for how the flour gets into the measuring cups and then do a post on that. Let’s see the difference! Definitely check out this article. Included is a recipe for some delicious looking Oat, Blueberry, and Walnut bars! Yummy! Will have to try those!
