My thoughts: I love the Quilts of Love series. This book of course is no exception. I love to quilt and hope to share that with you, but for now let’s talk about the book. Poor Florence has been sick, she finally gets well enough to marry her love. She gets pregnant, she is having a hard time keeping her baby, which means bedrest. Then her new husband disappears! Where could he have gone? Will he be back in time for the birth? Will she even be able to give birth to a live baby? This books has many twists and turns but the constant through it all is Florence’s faith in God and in her husband keeping his word that he’ll be home when their baby comes.
