My thoughts: This book is like nothing I have read before. It is unique in that it helps teach you how to find worth within yourself and help heal yourself from within. No matter how long you have suffered there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I think everyone can benefit from reading this book even if you don’t suffer from depression or anxiety.
