My Thoughts on The Secret Society of Salzburg

First, this cover is amazing.  

Second, I love books about the WWII time period and this one fits the bill. 

Third, suspense is a huge favorite.  Make it historical suspense and I’m all in!

Ready to hear my thoughts?!

I was fully captivated from the first word until the end.  And then, I was still ruminating about the book and wishing for more.  Maybe a sequel?  I’d love to follow the characters more!

This is a powerful book about the treatment of the Jews and how just some simple women decided to do what they could to thwart it and help in any way they could.  You might think what can one simple person do but take a chance on this book and you’ll see how just one act can bring about more and more.  I loved the depth of the characters and how they didn’t have perfect lives.  This is a book I will keep on my shelf and read again and again.
