My Thoughts on Expired Vows

I loved this book!  I mean, in all actuality, I have loved this entire series.  And the other series that featured characters from Last Chance County as well.  They’re all so good!  I can’t choose a favorite so don’t ask me.

In this book, we get to take a closer look at Trace.  He’s an EMT paired with Andi(you would have met her in the previous book).  And he’s got his own hidden past that he doesn’t want to share with anyone.  It’s too painful.  Part of it is that he was in law enforcement and that pops up occasionally when he offers unsolicited advice to the local law.

Our other main character is Kelsey.  She’s got her own past and issues.  None of which she wants to share because she only wants her strengths revealed as she hopes to have her program at the trauma center continue.  One of her issues is that she is a diabetic and has a prosthetic limb from an issue with that.

And then the kicker.  Kelsey and Trace know each other.  Kelsey knows most of his past and he knows most of hers.  They each have somethings to learn about the other.  But once they meet up and realize that they’re living in the same area things start happening.

Can Trace protect Kelsey?  Can they figure out who is targeting her?  And will they stop him or her before it’s too late?

Wonderful read!  I hope you get the chance to read it and please come back so we can chat about it!
