My Thoughts on Christmas Forest Ambush

Christmas Forest Ambush is a fast-paced suspense novel that you’re going to love getting lost in! It’s an amazing read!  I’m a huge fan of Love Inspired Suspense novels and this one is an amazing one.  They’re all great suspense novels that keep you on the edge of your seat until you read the last chapter.

If you’re a fan of suspense novels with some romance you’re going to love this novel!

This book is part of a series.

You, however, do not have to read the other books to enjoy this one.  If you do read the rest of the series before his you’ll have more backstory on our main character Noah and his family.  But, if you don’t read them you can still thoroughly enjoy this novel.

Other characters in the novel are the adorable and sweet Boone.  He’s just a little boy but his family was targeted while he was home.  His mom is fighting for her life in a hospital and his dad is dead.  He also requires some meds for a condition he has(not gonna tell you what).  Oh, but he’s a fighter and adorable!

And then our main female character is Lucy.  She’s in charge of Boone until they can locate either a suitable family or his own family to come take care of him until his mom is out of the hospital.  But on their way to her house from court, they’re targeted and run off the road.  Once she’s in the river she’s not sure what to do or how they’ll survive.  Until Noah comes to the rescue.

From there the suspense just keeps piling on and you’ll find yourself trying to figure out who is after them and why.  Plus trying to help them outrun the bad guys.  Just keep rooting for the good guys and giving them advice along the way.  Amazingly well written with wonderful characters that become your best friends.  I can’t wait for more to come in the series!

It sounds like an emotional suspense with a 5-year-old who has experienced such shocking trauma and loss, now a target himself.
