My Thoughts on Ambush on the Ranch
Ambush on the Ranch is a fast-moving suspense novel that you’re going to love reading and won’t be able to put down! This is also the third book in a series though you don’t have to read them in order. I feel you’ll get the most out of the series if you read the books in order though. And I’m always a huge advocate for reading books in the order they were written. So do yourself a favor and read the whole series!
This book focuses on Janel. She’s in an accident and can’t remember what happened in the last 48 hours. She knows that something bad happened. And she knows there is more to it than what everyone is saying. But she’s definitely in danger. Deputy Zach Walker steps in to protect her while they try to unravel the mystery.
Zach is the connection to the rest of the series as it’s his families ranch that they are going to flee to. It’s a safe haven that maybe isn’t always safe, but there are people there willing to lay down their lives for others. Janel and her twin stay there to stay safe but then things really ramp up!
