My Thoughts on Texas Reclaimed

This is  post Civil War historical fiction novel that you’re not going to want to miss!  It’s fun and exciting with great characters and a plot that moves along quickly without being too much or too fast  

I loved meeting Cora.  She’s trying to save her families farm while also raise her nephew Charlie.  But it’s too much for her to handle on her own.

And then enters Ben.  He had some demons of his own but he promised Cora’s brother that he’d take care of her and Charlie. 

But what happens when Cora learns of his reliance on laudanum?  And can he handle staying with her when his future back home is in jeopardy? 

You’re going to love this book!  It’s also the third book in a series.  While you don’t have to read them in order I strongly suggest you do.  That’s always my favorite way to read a series!
