My Thoughts on Verse by Verse

Verse by Verse is a wonderful way of studying the Bible and delving into the word of God with guidance. I thoroughly enjoyed it.  In our church, we study the Bible verse by verse and chapter by chapter.  I really like this method versus just going helter skelter and never being in the same spot of finishing up a whole chapter, let alone a book of the Bible.  

Obviously, the whole Bible is not in this first volume.  More volumes will be forthcoming. 

I really enjoyed the insights and the way the devotional tried to get you to think deeper and understand more what the verse was saying and how it applies to us now.  

This volume covers Genesis 1-11.  It doesn’t seem like a lot, but when you’re going through it, trying to understand what was happening, plus being in total awe of the creation of the earth.  There really is a lot going on in those first few books of the Bible.
